DELF A1 – Beginner Level
DELF A1 (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française)
is an internationally recognized certification awarded by the French Ministry of Education. It validates basic French language skills at the beginner level (CEFR A1).
This level assesses the candidate’s ability to communicate in simple everyday situations.
Duration: 10-12 weeks, 2–3 sessions/week (can be altered as per batch requirement)

Skills Assessed
At A1 level, candidates can:
- Introduce themselves and others
- Ask and answer simple personal questions
- Describe daily activities
- Understand basic written and spoken messages
Examination Structure
- Listening (Compréhension Orale) – 20 minutes
- Reading (Compréhension Écrite) – 30 minutes
- Writing (Production Écrite) – 30 minutes
- Speaking (Production Orale) – 5–7 minutes
Total: 100 marks
Minimum 50/100 required to pass (with at least 5/25 in each section)
